Return Policy | Returns and Part Replacement

iXTREME comes with a hassle-free 30-Day money back guarantee. We stand behind the product and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we offer a 100% money back guarantee (less shipping and a $5 handling and re-stocking fee). The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process below must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Please note that visibly damaged products that are not defective may not be granted a refund. We ask that you use iXTREME at your own risk and that you use common sense, no one said driving a tank over it was a god idea!

Our part replacement policy also lasts 30 days for manufacturer defects. If 30 days have elapsed since your order, we can no longer offer a refunded return or part replacement. Due to the extreme conditions and circumstances under which the iXTREME cases and accessories are used, visibly damaged products that are not defective may not be granted a refund.

To obtain a part replacement, please follow the process below. Please do not send products back to the warehouse they were shipped from. Shipping a product back to the shipping warehouse may result in loss of the product. To help us avoid fraudulent returns, we require that you follow the RMA process below to request an RMA for a return or part replacement.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number:

1. For a Return or Part Replacement send your e-mailed order confirmation or the name and address on your order to RMA@ixtreme.com with a subject of RMA Request [Last Name]
2. If you have a defective part and want to request a Part Replacement, please photograph the defect so that it can be easily seen and attach it to the e-mail. Please include a brief description of the defect.
3. Your RMA request will be evaluated and you will receive a response via e-mail within seven (7) business days.
4. You will receive either an RMA number and a shipping address, or an explanation of why your RMA has been declined.
5. Once your return has been received, inspected, and a refund approved, the refund will be made to the account used to purchase the item less any shipping charges and a $5 handling and re-stocking fee within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. You may also contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at RMA@ixtreme.com and reference your RMA number.

Sale items (if applicable):

Refunded items will be refunded at the adjusted price of the purchase. Discounted items will be refunded at the discounted price.
 
Shipping:

Return shipping information will be included with an RMA approval. You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping charges incurred by xDev Inc. will be deducted from any refund. Depending on where you live, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
